From the couple...To keep our dates interesting, we had been doing "alphabet dates" (A = acrobatic yoga, B = Buffalo Bayou Cisterns, C = Cezanne jazz club, etc.) -- Sameer said he would plan our "G" date, which was his proposal at the Buffalo Bayou Bend Gardens. He invited both of our families, who were hiding in the gardens nearby. Afterward, we celebrated over brunch and mimosas at Local Foods.
