This sophisticated and chic Houston wedding will have you drooling over all its glamorous details! This couple pulled out so many stunning design elements for their big day, I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with the venue--the Astorian! In a word, it's breathtaking. Surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that look over the Houston skyline, it could not be more romantic. Add to that the gold, black, and blush decor elements provided by an all-star vendor team and you've got a wedding straight from the magazine pages! Natalie Dawley of Two Be Wed was the mastermind planner behind this one-of-a-kind affair. And Morgan Lynn Photography was there to capture every beautiful detail. From Two Be Wed...Nicole and Seth knew each other as children as they both attended Beth Yeshurun Hebrew School. Seth and Nicole often got in trouble in Hebrew School for talking too much, but the conversation was typically Seth teasing Nicole. After Hebrew School, the couple lost touch, but in the early 2000s, while Nicole was in St. Louis attending Washington University, her "Opa" called her mom and told her he had found a boy for Nicole--Seth Caplan. Her mom told her dad thanks but reminded him that Nicole was in St. Louis and Seth was in Austin, so it was dropped. Over ten years later, in the summer of 2014, Nicole and Seth re-connected at a young professionals’ event, and Seth thought it would be great to catch up. He asked her for dinner that following Saturday night, and the rest was history. In November, Seth met Nicole’s parents for the first time at her mom’s birthday dinner. It was at this dinner that the family all realized that Nicole’s grandfather, who knew Seth’s father and family, had really made the match years earlier. As Judaism tells it, it was “Besheret”—meant to be.
